1. Photography Services

Cancellations

• You may cancel a booked session up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be eligible for a 50% refund.

• No-shows or cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

• Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before your session.

• Multiple rescheduling requests may incur a fee or be denied at our discretion.

2. Physical Products

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Eligibility

• You may return unused, undamaged physical items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition.

Process

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Digital Products & Tutorials

Due to the nature of digital content:

• All sales of digital products, downloads, and tutorials are final.

• Refunds will not be issued once access has been granted or the product has been downloaded.

• If you experience technical issues, please contact us—we’ll do our best to assist or provide alternate access if needed.

4. Custom Products or Services

​

Customized items or services (e.g., commissioned prints, private sessions, edited packages) are non-refundable, unless defective or undelivered due to our fault.

• Reason for the refund request
